    "content": "So, we will need some form of decorum and a way of doing it so that we do not end up getting embarrassed or disruptive to proper proceedings of the House. Otherwise, it is time for us to go digital. We started by voting. We are always a fast nation especially in Africa in terms of adopting technology. This is a great move for this Parliament and obviously you will go down in history as having helped us get into the digital world going forward."
