    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are doing much in terms of asking for accountability. Somebody said that universities are collecting money. We should ask how they are using this money. It is not enough to just ask for accountability for money that has been given out by the Government. We also need to ask more questions about the use of the billions of shillings that they are collecting. We expect to get more co-operation from Vice-Chancellors."
