Your rules concerning sittings at this time clearly stipulate that we cannot approach the Speaker and that we limit movements and consultations within the Chamber. Have you relaxed those rules? I have sat here and seen a lot of consultation amongst ourselves, yet we are complaining out there that Kenyans have relaxed and gone back to normal life. Kindly guide us. Thank you."
