    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those who handled the body at the mortuary can recall that the minor’s clothes were torn and blood was oozing from her private parts. It is sad that we made several calls to the Officer Commanding Station (OCS) of Bamba Police Station, Mr. Titus Mwasia, but he was not prepared to meet the mother of the deceased. Incidentally, the OCS had attempted to ask the mother to go to the police station, so that he could convince her that the daughter had committed suicide, but the mother refused and insisted that an autopsy be done to confirm what led to the death of her daughter."
