    "content": "Further to that, we are saying that on top of cushioning Kenyans, we need to think of a post-Corona recovery strategy. Kenya and our economy will have to go on. This is the time for us to develop a thorough post-Corona economic recovery strategy. We are glad that there is a sub-committee led by the Cabinet Secretary, Prof. Margaret Kobia. Beyond that, we are listening to various institutions. I thank the International Budget Partnership (IBP), The Institute for Social Accountability (TISA), a young student of economics in Geneva and many others who were able to bring very good ideas that we are incorporating in the Bill."
