Susan Kihika and I un-procedurally, illegally and unconstitutionally, it will improve the relationship between this House and the National Assembly and also the Executive promises to this House. I hope that the President will not sign any other Bill that concerns counties that does not come through this House. I will remain focused on the rule of law and on the things that affect Kenyans.
