    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the similarity between the symptoms of COVID-19 and malaria has continued to cause confusion amongst health workers, thus leading to misdiagnosis of patients and under treatment for malaria. I draw the attention of health professionals and workers to this issue. In order to mitigate against this, it is important that the Ministry of Health and respective county governments institute urgent measures to integrate malaria prevention and control interventions in the COVID-19 response, including vector control treatment, clinical and diagnostic services.
