Malalah and he at one point said that this category of administrative officers, who work in health facilities, had been recognized at one point. Therefore, I agree with Sen. Wambua that it should not be that we are reopening the issue of their recognition but Sen. Malalah is rather addressing the issue of them being left out. Therefore, the Ministry of Health should be the one to answer that unless they throw it back to SRC. It is true that SRC at times requires baseline survey analysis and many others. However, it is up to Sen. Malalah. Nothing prevents the Committee from engaging SRC though it will take a lot of time. What is your view?"
