    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to conclude. The reason I gave the basis and made the observations is because the argument then was that numbers never mattered. In any political contest, we have maintained that numbers are critical. So, however much I want to challenge a ruling on the decision, I wanted to go on record that the exercise of power with discretion bestowed upon any state officer, by virtue of the office he or she has occupied, is supposed to be exercised for the good of the majority and the greater public good."
