Kihika is that, in that ruling of the Speaker, I will be more interested to know in what circumstances the Speaker - and the House - is bound by court orders and not orders of tribunals in matters that have been ruled. I am not talking about the procedure of the House and debate in the House, but how Parliament works. This is because the Speaker communicated a process injuncted outside there. I want to go on record that I was there when Sen. Kihika served the Speaker with a forwarding letter and that communication from the tribunal. The Speaker should tell us---"
