    "content": "As I summarise, I just want to correct this notion that when a party like KANU joins Government that does not mean that they relinquish their oversight mandate. The Constitution is very clear that we have separation of powers between different arms of Government. The Executive will execute its mandate as the Executive. As Legislators, we are mandated to oversight the Executive as a whole, but not as the Majority and Minority side. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to encourage, Sen. Poghisio to know that he is not only a representative of the Executive, but he is here to ensure that he oversights the Executive so that it performs its mandate as enshrined in the Constitution."
