    "content": "I also congratulate Sen. Susan Kihika for being a steady Whip. I know that being a Whip, many times, you have to respect everybody. We have never had a situation where she disrespected anyone. I congratulate both of them. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we will borrow from a lot of their experience. We will obviously reach out to them and learn something because we are now new in this team. There is no animosity on our side. Where the animosity is, I have no idea. It is only very possible that we are politicians and may have problems as individuals. However, that is not to say that the ruling side cannot sit and vote together. We think that we can. My task, therefore, is to try and join my team; to bring out the team back, so that we can, together, work for the Government agenda and business. I conclude by saying this. We are living in difficult times. We meet only one day in a week and until this pandemic goes away, we will use the opportunities left in between to build our team back and make sure that we restore these things. Some of these circumstances, of course, are beyond us, but where we can, we will, therefore, want to restore. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I know that the other team members will have an opportunity to speak. I accept the position and assure you that I have the experience. I will do my best to use that experience, having ran a political party and been a Minister in Government. Also note that when I was younger, and I know that some of the sentiments expressed, I also had to go through some of these political situations.
