    "content": "If you keenly look at what is happening in the United States of America (USA), the leader of the Republican Party, who is also the President, has had the temptation of thinking of postponing the election under the pretext of such a pandemic. Without a strong Congress, Senate and Judiciary in the USA, that temptation would have gained prominence and come to pass. This Bill needs to give authority to Parliament and the Judiciary to be functional during such periods."
