    "content": "asked the Minister for Labour:- (a) Why Mr. Gideon Katila Kuva, the club manager at the Telkom Kenya owned Ngong Road Sports Club, has been treated as a casual worker for 17 years without being absorbed as a permanent employee ; and, (b) What action he is taking against such Government corporations as the KPTC (now Telkom Kenya Limited) which flout labour laws and also to ensure that Mr. Gideon Kuva is confirmed and paid proper remuneration for the period he has worked."
