This was the Statement on the gains and implications for this House arising from the Judgement of the Supreme Court in advisory Ref. No. 3 of 2019. Hon. Senators, I wish to bring to the attention of this House the recent judgment of the Supreme Court that was issued last Friday, 15th May 2020.
