    "content": " Madam Temporary Speaker, let me thank Senior Counsel, Sen. Omogeni. I want to thank him for doing such a sterling job and representing the Senate effectively. He has got a vast experience in public law and litigation, generally. As I congratulate him, I also congratulate all the Senators. When this case came up, all the Senators who were available on the date it was mentioned for the first time all walked to the Supreme Court. I remember Sen. Malalah was there in a very flowery suit, together with the governors, which made an impression that the Senate is prepared to respect other institutions created or established by the Constitution. I also want to appreciate the lawyers in the Senate because when the case was mentioned for the first time, nearly all the lawyers in this august House put themselves on record.
