    "content": "First, as we speak, there was a suggestion that we have Intensive Care Units (ICU) in our hospitals. As we speak, some of the counties do not have ICU facilities yet. At the same time, there are counties that have worked very hard and established ICU facilities in less than 21 days. I recommend to the mother Ministry of Health (MoH) that they should recommend and maybe push that all counties have ICU facilities because they are the main component in the fight against the COVID-19."
