We have already picked few of this in the Standing Committee of ICT, as Sen. M. Kajwang’ has mentioned. I can confirm that the Digital Literacy Programme (DLP) and The Computers for Kids is not working. It is about time now, through this Statement, that we got to the bottom of this issue.
