    "content": "We are moving forward with the removal of the Deputy Speaker of this House. So, it is imperative that the Motion that we have here today by the Senator for Murang’a should have the grounds for removal. As I stated earlier, when hon. Orengo moved his Motion to remove hon. Kaparo, he stated in the Motion that the rulings hon. Kaparo had made were in err. So, it is improper to bring a Motion seeking to remove the Deputy Speaker without any grounds. I needed that for the record because we have become a useless House, if I may use the word, but I know they will jump with Standing Orders."
