    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order to bring it to your attention that the Senator of Elgeyo-Marakwet is in breach of our Standing Orders, in particular, Standing Order No.90. The provisions of that Standing Order 90(1) are very clear. It states- “No Senator shall read a speech but a Senator may read short extracts from written and printed papers in support of an argument and may refresh memory by reference to notes.”"
