    "content": "I disagree that this can be described as a bad Senate. In the British history, parliaments have been described in many ways such as being bad or good and so on and so forth. In this Senate, we have tried. The greatest victory is the case that Sen. Omogeni argued before the Supreme Court that clearly says that the Senate has a critical role to play in legislation, including the allocation of revenue. That process is set out in the Constitution.
