    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the PSC is aware that concerns of remuneration are emotive issues. Human nature is that the employees generally want to pay less to their workers while those who are employed want to earn more for the work done. It is important to strike a balance between the two. There should be fair remunerations for work done and they should take into account the amount of work done as well as the responsibility given to the employee. In this case, the employee is the Member of Parliament and the employer is the people of Kenya."
