It is an ugly scene, regrettable and unacceptable. Madam Temporary Speaker, can the Chairman of this Committee, who has done a wonderful job on the same issue before, move expeditiously to unlock this gridlock, that is causing so much pain and stress to the people of Busia, Bungoma and the whole country at large?
