    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I would like to thank Sen. Wetangula for bringing up this issue again because as a Committee, we had visited Malaba sometime late last year. At that time, it was only because of the infrastructure issue. However, the aspect of testing drivers is coming in now and it is causing more delay. As a Committee, we need to follow up. I remember two or three weeks ago, we had a promise from the Cabinet Secretary that they were to construct a small 50 metres within one week. I do not think it has been done. We need to go back and follow up so that that infrastructure issue is sorted out because even if the other issue of testing of drivers is sorted out, the infrastructure bottleneck is still there.
