    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I want to support this Statement. There are some farmers who are hands-on the job, but they lack the awareness of how to treat animals. Those who keep chicken have problems because if one gets sick, the rest are infected and end up dying. We need to see how to help and encourage our farmers. If they are keeping livestock, they should know what to do in the event one gets sick. Those who keep chicken should be enlightened on what to do. This is something that the county governments need to take up as a responsibility to ensure farmers are encouraged in their endeavours."
