    "content": "This matter must be addressed. Since it was first reported, I have not seen any senior Government official coming to even tell the country what happened. There was an issue raised that this matter would be resolved and communicated upon. Up to now the Kenyan, Ethiopian and Somali governments have not come out to tell the world and the country what really happened. That is a very serious matter that cannot be swept under the carpet. It might even create further diplomatic differences in the near future."
