    "content": "We have learnt that we can keep it at bay, first of all, by social distancing. It is quite clear and is very effective. By simple washing of the hands and using sanitizers, we are able to keep it at bay and cut the cycle. We now know that within two weeks, if there is no transmission from one individual to another, that cycle ends there, and therefore, you are disease free. That is why the Government is insisting that when they talk of self- quarantine for 14 days, again, it is not for fun. It is simply meant to cut the life cycle of the virus, so that it does not have another host to go to; move from one host to another and cause the mischief that it is causing at the moment."
