    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am raising a point of order for your direction. A similar Statement was raised by Sen. Outa on the status of floods. I am wondering whether that Statement was responded to because it would answer the very important question raised by the Sen. Loitiptip, so that these issues can be combined and we understand whether Government has taken action on the deaths that occurred and are occurring in Nyanza and Kakamega Counties and the former Western Province, generally. This is so that we do not have to repeat the same thing if it has already been addressed."
