It gives me great pleasure to actually stand before this House and be able to second this particular Bill. I want to thank my good friend, the hon. Joseph Lekuton, for introducing this Bill. In fact, we had similar motions on the Order Paper, if you remember in 2008 and it reflected our desire and commitment as professionals from the pastoralist community to ensure that the extension services, particularly in the livestock sector be accessed by these people."
