    "content": "The issue of ICT in our secondary and primary schools in some parts of this country is an issue that should concern every stakeholder in education. Education is an equalizer. It is access to information and knowledge. If students in our secondary schools will not be able to join the rest in learning, then that is marginalization of some people in our country at this time when we need to access information."
