Speaker’s Guidelines on the conduct of plenary sittings during the COVID-19 Pandemic period issued on 2nd and 11th April 2020, I wish to inform the House that the leadership of the House, Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, Chairpersons of Departmental Committees as well as Chairpersons of other Select Committees will be accommodated in the Chamber. The rest of the membership may follow the proceedings from the designated areas within the precincts of Parliament or from their other places of abode."
