    "content": "At the time we had the discussion in the House, we were of the opinion that we already had many committees of the National Assembly, and that every committee was handling whatever area relates to the Coronavirus pandemic. For us in the Departmental Committee on Health, we handle all matters pertaining to health. Looking at the proposed membership of the Committee, I realise that you cannot be discussing a pandemic as a committee and avoid involving Members of the Departmental Committee on Health. Even if they were to include the Members of the Departmental Committee on Health, then we would still ask ourselves at what point we will contribute and take effect in terms of COVID-19 in our Departmental Committee on Health or in this select committee."
