Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do not mind seconding, but I need a clarification because I do not know whether the Standing Orders… Unfortunately, I do not have my Standing Orders here. I do not know whether they were changed so that you can actually amend a list in the way we are doing it here. Maybe, you can advise because we should not do something in futility. Under the Standing Orders… I do not know whether things have changed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, I just need direction from the House so that we do not mislead my sister Hon. (Ms.) Dennitah Ghati when we are doing an exercise in futility. I would love to second her, but after clarification on whether what we are doing is actually procedural. It is either we defeat the list or a new one is brought. But I have never seen an amendment on a list during my three terms in Parliament."
