On the issue of whether ad hoc committees can be formed by this House, it is true. Any ad hoc committee can be formed. I also want to refer to an earlier reference I made on the ruling by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Justin Muturi, on the case of Hon. Moses Kuria. I refer Members to the ruling that was made on 3rd December 2019. I want to be very brief. The issues that were raised were conflict with the mandate of existing committees and conflict with Standing Order 86. Though I support the intention of this"
