    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to congratulate Sen. (Prof.) Kamar for this election. This is a great day for us. Being the first female Deputy Speaker in the Senate is not something that we take for granted. It will go down in history that this Senate has done it. We are proud of her. I have worked with Sen. (Prof.) Kamar in several areas, and of course, in the Speakers Panel. She is a very calm person and always in attendance. She is a committed person. I am sure she is going to do a great job. I also previously had an encounter with her when she was an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party candidate before 2013. She has shown that she is exemplary in her leadership. I am sure we will go great places with her as the Deputy Speaker. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, because you have also guided us in this House. With an able Deputy Speaker, I am sure it will go well. We thank you and her for being who she is. Congratulations!"
