I, therefore, refer this Statement to the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations to report back to the House by the next Sitting. Let us hear about the death of Mr. Kevin Kipchumba, Mr. Boniface Kiprotich and generally, on extrajudicial killings. I do not see the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations but, of course, I can see a Member here, Sen. Kwamboka. I also happen to sit in that Committee.
