    "content": "This Bill also talks about reproductive health of adolescents who have many times found themselves in problems. Adolescents need to be given mentorship programmes so that they get to know about their reproductive health. They also need to be guided morally because they lack information. For example, in a home set up, parents bring up their children but may not have the courage to talk to them about contraceptives or issues of surrogate parenting. However, this Bill speaks to that issue."
