I know that it will see the light at the end of the tunnel. Mostly, women suffer when it comes to issues of infertility. This Bill is the solution to all wrongs that are in a family, adolescents and reproductive healthcare. Therefore, there is need to provide healthcare to our people. There is also need to abide to the Abuja Declaration where all Governments decided to set aside 15 per cent of national revenue for health."
