    "content": "The good thing about this Bill is that the national Government cannot work as a stand-alone. It recommends that the national Government should work with county governments to ensure that Article 43 of the Constitution is effected so that there is maternal healthcare. The personnel who will execute this should be trained and skilled. Counties should also be facilitated in order to come up with equipment that will support maternal health. This Bill also ensures that we have less mortality rates in the counties."
