    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to bring it to your attention that I will not be standing in for Chairs. Some of them are somewhere purporting to collect or forge signatures. This is where they are supposed to be. So, why should I stand in for them? I think next time Chairs must be here, particularly if they know they are needed by what is in the Order Paper. Going forward, if you are a Chair and you want to prove to be competent and you want to test the competence of another person, you must first portray that you are competent and you are in the Chamber throughout.
