    "content": "We have come from a very serious season of heavy rains and now the COVID-19 pandemic. Should the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology decide that they want to have schools resume, most of us will be in a very awkward situation because infrastructure in most schools is very wanting. I once again request the Chair of the Committee to facilitate disbursement of the funds to the constituencies so that the necessary renovations and any pending activities can be done to accommodate any decisions that may come from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology concerning re-opening of schools during the period of COVID-19."
