    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I have previously appeared before the National Assembly Select Committee on the matter of non-payment of members of the COC, but nothing happened. What I am saying is that the members of the COC perform an important role. It is a body created by an Act of Parliament. It cannot be contemplated that they can duly oversee PMCs when no coin at all is being paid to them. We must make these changes as we approve these committees. Hon. Speaker, I believe the good and able Chair will take up these matters. Thank you."
