    "content": "Government. The idea of relying on the District Accountant only is inconveniencing implementation. These are some of the good practices we are proposing and we have been proposing. Chair, if you can allow us, in your next meeting, some of us can come. We have proposed some amendments to the Act, but because of what is happening, we have decided to go slow on them. Some of these administrative issues could be sorted out by the Committee so that it makes implementation smooth. With those remarks, I support this Motion, so that various constituencies get their board members gazetted. Thank you."
