Speaker, the Committee placed an advertisement in the local dairies on Friday, 21st February 2020 inviting the public to submit their views on the Bill on or before 27th February 2020. This is the first Bill we have put an advertisement in the newspapers and only one organisation gave us a memorandum. That is the Outdoor Advertising Association of Kenya. After receipt of the same, the Committee held a total of four meetings to consider the Bill and submissions from Outdoor Advertising Association of Kenya which we have incorporated in this Report."
