    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is true that I support this Bill. It is also true, as stated by Hon. (Ms.) Gathoni Wamuchomba, that during campaigns, some governors tend to monopolise outdoor advertising. Therefore, this Bill has come at the right time. During the Committee of the whole House, I will introduce amendments. Nevertheless, the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation has done a great job. He is, indeed, very competent. I have no doubt in my mind that he is going to agree with my amendments. I look forward to the Committee of the whole House, so that we can deliberate on the amendments. With those remarks, I support."
