    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank all the people who have contributed to this Motion. This is the first time and one of the few occasions when this Parliament has risen to the occasion. This Christmas will truly be a merry Christmas to our children and everybody. All the Departmental Committees should work the same way next week so that unga prices come down the same way. Certainly, the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives will be on the price of unga this week because something is wrong in our calculations. With those few remarks, I wish everybody Christmas with, at least, sugar even for the cake. Most importantly, I urge my Members not to go for Christmas but to meet again by next week and seek further reduction on unga prices to less than Kshs70."
