    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this important Bill. I am a Member of the Committee. I am happy with this Bill because we have been having a lot of challenges in the advertising industry, especially on the issue of licensing. In fact, the challenge we are facing is that some organisations take you round in circles when you apply for a licence for adverts. With this Bill, we deliberated and discussed more about it and agreed to come to the central point whereby if you want to advertise and you have paid licensing fee in Nairobi and you move to Kiambu or other counties, there is some kind of harmonisation to ensure that you do not pay for a similar licence wherever you go because it can be hectic and expensive to business people.
