    "content": "It is against this background that I seek your direction for the Committee on Implementation to investigate and intervene with a view to addressing the following issues: (i) What is the status of the project with a view to ensure its speedy completion? (ii) Was there prudent use of public funds allocated, and establish how much money the project has used so far, how much has been budgeted for and what percentage of the project has been completed? (iii) Did the Cabinet Secretary seek approval from the Cabinet for the project to be redesigned as directed by Parliament? Thank you."
