    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would also like to add on operationalization of the administrative units, because of interest of other Members. We have already made it clear to the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government since 2016 that it should have actually advertised in phases. Five years down the line, they should have operationalized all the gazetted administrative units. I am sure they will start that process."
