    "content": "Many issues have been raised and many of them are well and aptly captured not only in our Report, but in about six or seven reports that we have done over the last three years. Some of the issues Members spoke about are pending bills; the Member for Mogotio says they are still pending. It is still unfortunate that up to now many are pending, some like the ones mentioned by the Member for Limuru in the Ministry of Defence. Some are very old, almost 18 years old and have even court awards."
